For reference and extra information regarding portions, the ingredients list is as follows:
♦︎ Female ♦︎ – 135g mince
100g pre-roasted sweet potato scooped from skin and mashed + empty skins
40g carrot
125g zucchini
30g coconut cheese
cumin, paprika
salt and pepper.

♦︎ Male ♦︎ – 225g mince
200g pre-roasted sweet potato scooped from skin and mashed + empty skins
40g carrot
125g zucchini
50g coconut cheese
cumin
paprika
salt and pepper.
