This root vegetable soup shows you just how easy it can be to piece together a soup in minutes with some leftovers from last nights dinner! In order to prepare root vegetable soup, you must note some things.

For reference and extra information regarding portions, the ingredients list is as follows:

MALE – 150g cooled cooked chicken
seasoned with salt and pepper
150g cooled roasted root veggies
50g brown onion
130g broccolini
15 cashews
1 tsp bone broth in 100ml hot water
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
extra water as desired to create preferred consistency.

FEMALE – 90g cooled cooked chicken
seasoned with salt and pepper
100g cooled roasted root veggies
25g brown onion
65g broccolini
9 cashews
1 tsp bone broth in 100ml hot water
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
extra water as desired.
