I approached The Chief Life about going on a meal plan with the #1 goal being to reach my optimal performance. The goal was definitely not weight loss or to lean up, but it’s happened as a bonus. After 8 weeks of being on a tailored meal plan, I have seen massive growth in my performance with PB’s all over the place and better efficiency in gymnastic movements. The plan ensures I have the perfect balance of protein, fats and carbs to fuel me for what my body needs daily and it’s been a huge success in achieving what I set out — and so much more!! Stace and Matty gave me the tools I needed to push my training and my potential to the next level. My confidence is growing and there’s no holding me back now. I’m loving it!!
