  • 60g choc protein powder,
  • 10 cashews,
  • 10g coconut oil,
  • 2 tbsp raw pure, local honey,
  • 150g frozen or fresh cherries,
  • a pinch of salt (optional),
  • Desiccated coconut for coating,
  • water as needed (start with 1/4 cup at the end and see if need more)
