Who loves cashew?! Chief Stacey takes it to another level with this interesting new recipe called the cashew cheese. In this episode of The Chief Life Kitchen, we offer up a super easy and delicious cashew cheese to help out with the fat portions of your meals! For reference and extra information regarding portions, the ingredients list is as follows:

  • 1 cup/150g cashew nuts (pre-soaked 4 hours),
  • 4 tbsp water,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast,
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice,
  • salt to taste.
