Calamari and Zucchini Gems

Enjoy our super healthy and easy to make Calamari and Zucchini Gems! Ingredients:

▪️ FEMALE ▪️ :

  • 135g raw calamari rings,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper,
  • add 1/2 tsp of Basil,
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley,
  • 100g carrot,
  • 75g cabbage,
  • 65g apple,
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise,
  • 150g zucchini,
  • 1 tbsp almond flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper,
  • add 1/2 tsp garlic powder,
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes.

    ▪️ MALE ▪️ :

  • 225g raw calamari rings,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper,
  • add 1/2 tsp, Basil,
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley,
  • 100g carrot,
  • 75g cabbage,
  • 50g beetroot,
  • 130g apple,
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise,
  • 150g zucchini,
  • 2 tbsp almond flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper,
  • add 1/2 tsp garlic powder,
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes.
