For 6 serves ➡️

65g apple x 6 (390-400g)
10g protein powder or 20g lupin flour x 6 (60 or 120g)
1/2 Tbsp grass-fed butter or coconut oil x 6 (3 tbsp)
1 tsp cinnamon
a jug of water as needed
