This week host Matty is joined with Teri Cochrane (@tericochranebeyondnutrition). Teri is the author of ‘The Wildatarian Diet’ and the creator of the diet protocol. We discussed on Wildatarian with Fat Malabsorption. Teri was a risk manager by trade. However, when conventional medicine stopped working for her daughter’s needs. She had to put her risk management skills into play on nutrition. This in turn helped changed her daughter’s life around.
Someone who follows the Wildatarian diet is one who consumes wild produce for total-body health on a molecular level. Wildatarian diet are found in sustainable proteins, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and produce.
After years of research, Teri now runs and operates her own world-renowned clinic. Her clinic is based in the United States of America. This clinic helps individuals to find the problem and treat the cause.
Teri and her team found that Sulphur malabsorption was a big problem. Especially in many individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases and disorder. When these individuals continued to feast on Sulphur rich foods they had more inflammation and discomfort for them. Also, they also found a similar situation with individuals who suffered from fat malabsorption.
