28 Nov #202 – Wildatarian, Sulphur & Fat Malabsorption with Teri Cochrane
This week host Matty is joined by Teri Cochrane (@tericochranebeyondnutrition). Teri is the is the author of ‘The Wildatarian Diet’ and the creator of the diet protocol. Teri was a risk manager by trade, however, when conventional medicine stopped working for her daughters needs she put her risk management skills into play on nutrition which in turn helped changed her daughter’s life around.
Simply put, someone who follows the wildatarian diet is one who consumes wild and sustainable proteins, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and produce for vibrant, total-body health on a molecular level.
After years of research Teri now runs and operates her own world-renowned clinic in the United States of America that helps individuals to get find the problem and treat the cause.
Teri and her team found that Sulphur malabsorption was a big problem in many individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases and disorder. When these individuals continued to feast on Sulphur rich foods its was creating more inflammation and discomfort for them. They also found a similar situation with individuals who suffered from fat malabsorption.
