05 Sep #190 – 7 Ultras, 7 Continents, 7 Schools Built with Joel Runyon
This week Matty is joined by Joel Runyon. This man loves a challenge and has proved it time and time again. One of his biggest kicked goals to date is being the youngest person in the world to run 7 ultra marathons on 7 continents. Along the way, he raised $192,000 for Pencils of Promise and built 7 schools. This is really what I call big shots!
As the founder of his business IMPOSSIBLE, he’s dedicated to helping people push their limits and do impossible things. The boys dive deep into mindset and why building an ‘impossible list’ might be the best thing you haven’t yet done!
We really discussed on the topic of if you’re not finding it ‘hard’ or not wanting to ‘quit’. That potentially you’re not pushing yourself out of the comfort level enough and this may be the reason you’re stuck living a mediocre life. So where do you find yourself? Has life been unfair to you? Are you tough at taking your chances to cross to your next level? If you have the answers already. Then join us in this episode by listening to this podcast to channel you into the right directions to create a positive world for yourself.
Joel is a super inspiring individual and proves what can be done when you put your mind to it. Just with his case on 7 ultra marathons on 7 continents.
