This week we have a return guest Chad Davis! Since our last conversation with Chad, he’s been on adventures. He has moved countries and written and released his book “The Primed Life”.
Chad Davis takes us through a basic outline of the chapters within his book. He explains with great anecdotal stories he’s seen the first-hand experiences.
Davis dives deep into the power of the sun and how he gets his clients to dose daily. Going further he dives into good quality water along with daily grounding where possible. Implementing a new style of living ensuring you write down daily what you’re grateful for. Removing unnecessary electromagnetic fields, oil pulling, ancestral and seasonal nutrition. Also cold thermogenesis, changing habit’s, finding, trialling and adopting fun activities, sleep and much more.
