“After 28 days on my meal plan with ‘The Chief Life’ the transformation was already huge (pictured left and middle). Not only did I start to lean out, I also saw massive strength gains:
Squat clean from 135kg to 140kg
Snatch from 92kg to 100kg
Front Squat 2 RM to 150kg (old 1RM weight)
As well as finding gymnastics movements a lot easier.
