I have been involved in sport my whole life.

In my career in the Fitness Industry I have been a Gym Instructor, Club Manager, Regional Manager Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.  Many parts of this have been rewarding and currently the offering of Nutrition Coaching as part of Personal Training is the most rewarding.

Success as an athlete at any level means treating eating patterns and training regime as elements that go hand in hand.  These do not need to be too technical or complicated but they do need to be consistent and results driven.  Quite simply, if consistency is achieved and the desired results are not forthcoming, then look for the reasons and make adjustments!  Seek assistance when needed.

My own life as an athlete were mainly in Rugby Union and Cricket in the UK and then in Triathlon in the UK and Australia.  I’ve competed in over 35 races including 3 full Ironman events.
