#121 – Sarah Clark – Beating Infertility Through Lifestyle

This week we interview Sarah Clark of Fab Fertile. When Sarah Clark was 28 years old, she received a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. She accepted the diagnosis and had both her children through in vitro fertilisation. Years later she realised the root cause of her infertility was a food intolerance. She is a certified life coach with accreditation from the International Coaches Federation and a health coach with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Given Sarah’s background we dive deep into the habits she encourages her members to follow. The must do’s, the can do’s and certain things to avoid. Sarah is highly passionate about helping families fall pregnant as she understands how devastating infertility can be.

As Sarah’s been through the grief of being told she’ll never fall pregnant followed by falling pregnant due to lifestyle changes she is a massive advocate for trying. Her and us alike have seen the change of food and lifestyle is incredibly healing and have seen some of the most infertile women become fertile.
