#109 – Dr. Jack Kruse – Water, Light & Why You Shouldn’t Eat Watermelon

Dr. Jack Kruse is a respected neurosurgeon and CEO of Optimized Life, a health and wellness company dedicated to helping patients avoid the healthcare burdens we typically encounter as we age. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, in Congress of Neurologic Surgeons, and Age Management Medicine Group.

We were excited to have Dr. Kruse on to dive deep into his knowledge on light, the healing properties of the sun and household items to help excel in the modern day… However, Dr. Kruse had his own intentions of the message he wanted to deliver to you, the listener.

Dr. Kruse dives deep down the water rabbit hole. It may seem a little dense but if you can deal with the science talk Dr. Kruse provides evidence that based on the longitude and latitude of where Australia sits in the world, our water supply from rain is actually heavy water or Deuterium dense water. Long story short he explains how the excess amounts of Deuterium in our water supply is why he believes we have an obesity and melanoma epidemic in the world.

Although we do love what Dr. Kruse is about we don’t necessarily agree with all statements, and more particular around the theory you can eat any diet you like and still be healthy if you drink Deuterium depleted water and bathe in sunlight enough daily. We agree these are incredibly healing but not that it is the be all and end all.
